Our Artist of the Week is a new, exciting band called The Naked and Famous. Created in New Zealand, this five-piece band recently produced their first album “Passive Me, Aggressive You,” in the fall of 2010. Their sound resembles that of Passion Pit, with their falsetto vocals and synths, but TNAF makes their music unique by adding a more mellow aspect as evident in their hit single, “Young Blood.” The indie group’s hit also reached #1 on the New Zealand music charts. The Naked and Famous are now touring and entertaining fans all over the world. The Lone Scientists are excited to feature The Naked and Famous this week and show you guys all their cool new music.
