Hey everyone, I hope you all had a great 4th of July weekend. The weather was absolutely fantastic (at least in Minnesota it was). Unfortunately, now that I am back to real life, this blog is one of the few things I get to look forward to. Anyway, my track for you today from the French DJ and Producer Martin Solveig. Just like most things that become popular nowadays, it’s starts with a catchy beat, and features the Canadien group Dragonette. The upbeat lyrics and catchy melody in this song make it just one of many songs that are perfect for a summer anthem.
This has become the song of choice for dance parties everywhere, and it’s no wonder why. It has a perfect blend of smooth vocals over a catchy house beat. The chorus is the best hook I’ve heard in a dance song in a while, using a sort of accordion sounding instrument. In fact, I have been working on perfecting a signature dance for this song. It’s gonna be epic so just watch out for it at dance parties everywhere. Have fun listening to “Stereo Love.”
A good friend of mine just showed me this song and I’ve been replaying it ever since. First of all, I dig the title. Second, we haven’t posted any electro/dance songs on the blog, so it’s about time for that. Third, these songs are always fun to bump your speakers to, and this track doesn’t disappoint. I love the chord progressions and the wood block hits when the beat gets heavy. Go ahead and turn up the volume and get ready to fist pump with your bros.
